Refunds

Every sale on throwacoin.lol is final by default. A coin, once thrown and paid for, is meant to stay in the fountain permanently — that permanence is the whole point.

Even so, if you change your mind, email refunds@throwacoin.lol within 24 hours of your payment with the wish’s link or your payment details, and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

Once a refund is issued, the coin tied to it is removed from the fountain — a refunded purchase does not stay on public display alongside the money back.

Requests made after the 24-hour window are handled case by case. Email us anyway; we would rather hear from you than have you stuck with something you regret.

Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our payment processor, back to the original payment method, and can take several business days to appear on your statement.
